alabama. you can't have a trough that allows fawns to feed and excludes hogs. No such thing. I just measured mine five minutes ago. Ground slopes a little, short end is 17" to top of sides (2X6), higher end is 22'. Fawns can reach the short end. I also use a fawn feeder much like a calf creep feeder that excludes grown deer from the feed.
